The DRAGEN

A real person sets up your own DRAGEN hub on your own computer. Then it takes on the paperwork side of the job — the mail, the drafts, the deadlines — while you stay in control. DRAGEN drafts. You click Send.
Your hub is yours. It runs on your machine, and anything that looks like client or student information stays there. DRAGEN LLC receives nothing from it.

In person
We come to you and set it up with you, in one visit.
Remote
We set it up together over a video call. Remote access happens only with your permission, while you watch, and you can end it at any time.
Mail-In
We send a prepared drive, then finish it with you on a short call.
How it decides
Three checks, then a decision.
Before any piece of work could leave your computer, it is read by a gate. The gate runs three independent checks. If any one of them trips, the work stays on your machine.
- Check one
- Formal identifiers. Dates of birth, record numbers, insurance authorizations, billing codes, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses. The obvious things, caught the obvious way.
- Check two
- Clinical and school vocabulary. Assessment and intervention language, supervision notes, IEPs, behavior plans. Text can be unmistakably clinical without containing a single identifier.
- Check three
- A name beside human context. A likely first name sitting next to a pronoun, a family word, a description of conduct, or a care event. This is the check that catches how people actually type at nine at night.
- When unsure
- It keeps the work local. The cost of that choice is an occasional unnecessary local route. The cost of the opposite choice is a disclosure.
- No override
- There is no setting to turn it off. Not a warning, not a confirmation, not an advanced option. A suite of tests defines exactly what must never reach a cloud service, and it has to pass before any change ships.

A line that is not crossed
Nothing here sends email.
The drafting tools stage a reply in your Drafts folder and stop. There is no send command, no “approve and send” prompt, and no code that reaches a send button. A person reads every draft and sends it themselves.
This is not caution for its own sake: one misdirected reply in a clinical mailbox is a breach. A confirmation prompt is not an answer to that, because a prompt is something a machine can satisfy. Removing the capability is.

Checks a billing export against session notes with arithmetic, not AI, and with no network connection at all.
The privacy gate
Enforced on every task, and covered by a test suite that must pass before any change ships.
Private phone access
A phone, or camera-free glasses, can reach a hub over a private network. Nothing is exposed to the open internet.
Mail sorting and drafting
Read, sort, draft and stage, on a schedule, with a health check in front of it. Proven end to end; the sorting is still being tuned.
Backups, in two tiers
The backup job splits files into two tiers. The sensitive tier stays on local disk and is never copied to a cloud target. Only code and configuration are eligible to leave.
DRAGENGrade
Grading help from the teacher's own rubric, on the school's own computer. The teacher approves every grade.
The family organizer
A home behavior log with a two-week graph, important dates, and a printable meeting sheet.
Session data capture
