More than half of teachers report frequent job-related stress, and the paperwork does not stop at the bell. DRAGEN takes the first draft off their plate, and a person still approves every word.

Client information never leaves your computer.
A tool that saves a clinician time by sending the clinical record somewhere else makes a trade the client never sees: a note about a child goes to a server owned by a company that has made no promises about it, and nobody asked the client.
DRAGEN does not make that trade. The software runs on your own computer. Before any task is sent anywhere, it is inspected. If it carries anything that could identify a person — a name beside a pronoun, a date of birth, an authorization number, a description of a behavior — it is handled by a model running on that same machine and goes no further.
There is no setting to turn this off. It is checked by a test suite that has to pass before any change ships.
The third check is the one that matters. “Tommy had a rough day, he hit his sister twice” contains no formal identifier and trips no pattern — and it is still a clinical record about a child. The gate is built to fail toward caution: when it is unsure, it keeps the work local.

Mail sorting and drafting
Each afternoon, new mail in your own Outlook is read, a copy of each message is filed under a category on your computer, and replies are written into your Drafts folder. Nothing is sent. A person reads each one and clicks Send.
Private device access
Phone and smart glasses reach the machine over a private network only those devices can see. Nothing is exposed to the open internet.

DRAGEN is the work of Chase Alexander Hought, M.S., BCBA — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in active practice who writes the software himself.
That matters more than it sounds. Software built from outside a field tends to assume a clinician has time to click through nine screens after a session. The things built here are designed to remove exactly that friction.
